45 Euros/night/person for 5th and 6th person occupancy applies.
Rates are in Euro/villa/week and include:
• VAT and all taxes.
• Welcome fruit basket and wine at arrival.
• Mid week cleaning and linen change.
• Use of bathrobes, slippers, towels and pool towels.
• Toiletries
• Free Internet use (WIFI).
• SAT TV.
• Ample private parking.
General
• Minimum stay 7 nights.
• Depending on availability the entire estate can be rented
• Check-in at 16h00, check-out at 11h00.
• Welcome service of late arrivals (later than 21h00) extra charge of 30 Euros applies.
Payment Terms
• 30% non refundable deposit is required upon confirmation
• Balance of payments 6 weeks prior to arrival.
• Reservations less than 6 week before arrival require balance payment for confirmation.
• If balance is not paid by due date Bleverde reserves the right to cancel the booking and levy cancellation charges in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
Bleverde will ensure that each cancellation will be dealt with flexibility and goodwill. Standards policy is as follows:
• For all cancellations, initial deposit equaling 30% is non-refundable.
• In addition, cancellations received more than 45 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the cost of the entire stay.Cancellations received between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival will incur a cost of 75% of the entire stay. Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to arrival incur 100% cost of the stay. In case of a Non-show, or early departure, the cost of the entire stay, as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.
